How much funding is available?

Up to a Maximum of £1000, co-funded by employer, subject to availability

Who is it for?

Senior leaders of private sector business/social enterprises with at least 1 full time equivalent (fte) employee and a maximum of 250 fte employees.

What are the aims of the funding?

To develop leadership and management skills in order to:

Increase financial turnover
Develop productive working relationships
Increase employee performance

What can be funded?

A range of leadership and management accredited courses, workshops and bespoke/tailored training.
